Which payment methods are available?

We can receive payment by cash, PayPal, Western Union, Credit Card and E-Check via PayPal.  We will give you better deal (10%discount over $100order) if you pay by Cash and Western Union payments.

Cash Payments

You will get 10% discount if your orders are worth over $100.

1. Add items to your shopping cart on the website.  You copy the list of items you would like in the shopping card and paste it into an email address: leo.us.entitlement@gmail.com or sales@d2promart.org. 
2. In addition, please include your full name, email address and phone number in your email . 
3. Furthermore, please print out a copy of the email with all the relative information.
4. At the end, please put the printout and the payment in an envelope and mail it to the given address we tell you in emails. 

We will send you mule account info by email once we receive the payment.  Please note that money order may take 3-10 days to deliver as we need to wait the mail and payment.

We have to remind that we won't be responsible for any loss if your letter gets lost during the mailing delivery.  If you have to send cash, we recommend that you use post offices that offer tracking service of your letter. 

In order to avoid explosure of the money during delivery, please round your payment up with newspapers or paper.

We only accept payments in US Dollars or Hong Kong dollars. Other currency will not be accepted and we will return the payment to you.

PayPal, Credit Card and E-Check Payments via PayPal.

We may ask for verification on some PayPal payments that we think they are suspicious.

1. Add items to your shopping cart on the website.  When you have your order ready, click the "Continue" button on the cart page and log on your account on this site.
2. Choose your payment method, enter your information and click Continue.
3. After you've completed the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
4. Your order will be processed by D2promart.org.  Please make sure to check your email/ junk email box if you don't receive any email within 24hours.
   

Most orders will be deliveried within 24hours if you use instant Paypal payment. For Echeck payment/Bank transfer, we won't prcoess your order until the payment are cleared. These kind of payment usually takes up to 7 business days to clear.

D2Promart takes fraud very seriously and carefully.   For some orders, we may ask for verification or call you to verifiy your identity. If you have any question why we ask for this, please contact us as soon as you receive our email/phone call.

Also, please always include correct billing address and home phone number with PayPal payments.

Western Union Payments

We give 10% discount if you place orders over $50 by Western Union.

The minimum order amount for payment by Western Union is $20.00.

1. Add items to your shopping cart on the website.  You copy the list of items you would like in the shopping card and paste it into an email address: leo.us.entitlement@gmail.com or sales@d2promart.org. 
2. In addition, please include your full name, email address and phone number in your email.
3. Go to a local Western Union agent location or http://www.westernunion.com
4. Fill out the form with the information provided to you in the email receipt of your order.
5. After you've made the payment, please tell us the following information by email:
   a.) Western Union MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number)
   b.) The amount of the money transfer
   c.) The sender's full name
   d.) The sender's complete address
   e.) The sender's phone number

Please make sure that all of the information matches are correct with your receipt from Western Union agent. Please double check if there are any typing mistakes before sending us the information.

We will go to pick up the payments after we receive your information by email. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the payment.
