Q1. Do you receive orders if I don't live in U.S.A?

Yes, we accept orders from all around the world as long as your payment is in currency - U.S Dollars and Hong Kong dollars. We do not accept currency other than US Dollars.

We accept Cash, PayPal, Western Union, and Credit Card and E-Check via PayPal.

Q3. How do I know that my credit/debit card information is secure?

Paypal will accept credit card payment for us. They will not provide your credit card number to us. We only receive the payment, your shipping address, email address. We will ask for verification if we think your transaction is not legit..

Q4.  What information should I provide with my payment?

Confirmed address, your name and phone number are necessary. If you use one of the alternate methods (cash and money order), we will ask you for all the information we need by email. We will never use your personal information for purposes other than verifying the integrity of your order.  Also,if you are qualified for bonus items, please state your choice of the free bonus items.

Q5. How do I know that you will deliver the items to me after I've paid?

D2ProMart has been running for almost 1year on ebay and we have become Powerseller on Ebay since 2005 and established a large number of regular customers. Our website has been running for over 3years since 2006. If you don't feel comfortable to place your order, you can contact us and ask for more information, such as how we deliver items. We are willing to call you to introduce our service and our history if it is necessary.

Q6. How will I receive the items I purchase?

We will create a mule account to hold the item(s) you've ordered.  We will send the account name and password to your primary Paypal address.  After you have received the email, it is your responsibility to remove the items from the mule account before it expires.

Q7: How do I transfer the items to my character from the mule account?

There are a few ways that this can be done.
1. If you have 2 computers which have installed with a copy of Diablo 2, you can load both copies and transfer the items by yourself in a game.

2.  If you can't transfer the items by yourself, you can email us or send msn message for help. For contact info, please read here.

3. You can ask your trustworthy friends to help you transfer. However, please be sure that your friends are trustworthy and will not steal your items.

If you do not have a way to safely transfer the items yourself, please contact us.

Q8: What is the delivery time?

We offer to deliver items within 48hours. However, most orders will be deliveried with 30mins-12hours. If you don't receive items after 24hours you have made the payment, please contact us. If we suspect your order to be fraudulent transaction, we will ask you for verifiaction.

Q9. Do you sell unperm items? 

Yes, we will leave a quote on the product description if the items are unpermed items (usually runes, jewels and rings). Otherwise, all other items are all legit/permed. We will state the items' status if the items are unpermed. We will put "this item is unpermed" if the items are unpermed on the notes. We will not be held any responsibility if the unpermed items disappear because Battle.net has the rights to delete any unpermed items their servers have detected. Please remember to use the temperary perm method before leaving any game. Buy UNPERMED items at your own risk!!!!

Q10. How can I keep my unperm items safely?

1. Keep them on a character you don't often use until you're ready to use them.
2. Temperary perm method: Trade-Cancel immediately before you leave every game. You can request trade with other character in the game and then cancel trade to close tradescreen. At last, leave game immediately. Please do these steps as fast as possible.

Q11. Can I make a request if I can't find an items i need on the site?

Yes, we will try to get the items you need even if they are not listed on the site. You can simply send us an email asking for help with the list of items you need. 

Q12: Do you offer bulk discounts?

We give bulk discounts if your order is over $150.

Q13. Do you buy or trade items?

We don't buy or trade items currently as we have a lot of stocks currently.
